• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid fees.
• Large events (15+ guests) may require a 20% deposit; failure to cancel may forfeit the deposit.

• You agree not to use the Site for illegal activities or in violation of any laws.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with the Site.
